I bought a "sweater" and leggings from Aran Sweater Charmfay (Charmfay.com) and when I got the item there was a long string hanging out the top of the material. Also, it's NOT a sweater, as advertised, it's cheap polyester material with a sweater "painted" on it. Two weeks ago I emailed the company at [email protected], which is the only way to contact them, and told them I want a complete refund for the $87 I spent, how do I go about it? They said someone would get back to me in 3 days. It is now 12 days later, and I just got an email saying they want to reimburse me 20% of the cost of this garbage because "shipping charges are expensive." I have tried to be patient, but this is beyond frustrating and frankly, I could have bought something of better quality and no headaches from Walmart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRETTY ITEMS!
