I knowingly took part in a survey that required a one time fee, what I did not know was that there is apparently a recurring monthly charge for what I don't know. I have spoken to customer service twice and have told them to cancel any subscription in my name. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel my card. This company is still trying to charge me monthly, of course it's declined, but this is a scam! Please investigate this company. The only info I have is the phone # 844-526-3887, CHARGERSTORE, Business Services, Not elsewhere classified USA.
