The company called my work cell phone to ask if we wanted to sample or trial some cleaning products. They offered gifts (Yeti can holder) if I tried their product. I told them if it was free I would try them out. We don't use cleaning products often, so I never tried them out. They sent two cases with 6 bottles in each case. Fast forward a little more than a month. I get an invoice for 1900 dollars for the two cases. I immediately called the company. I explained to them, that the salesperson I talked to originally told me that these products were a trial and were no cost. She explained that they sent out a confirmation email before the products were sent, which explained that there was only a 30-day return window and I was past those 30 days. I told her I never received that email or responded to it, because it got flagged by our firewall as spam. I told her I never used the products and I wanted to send everything back for a refund. She refused. She said the best she could do was take one product off, which would take 700 off the bill. This is a complete scam. They say the products are a trial and are free, and then turn around and charge 1900 dollars. The price for 12 bottles less than a gallon per bottle is gouging anyway. Please do not fall for this scam.
