Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a phone call from someone by the name of Lisa Smith with Champion Strategy Holdings about pending paper against me they received and they stated I needed to submit through my county. It was odd because it was from an area code within my state but the call back number was an 877 number. They tried saying failure to return the call would result in forfeiture of my rights. I have had calls like this in the past but it has been a few years ago. I always report them and do not attempt to contact. The last time I ever returned a call to something like this, they started trying to verify information then stated I needed to pay money or I would have legal actions taken. Needless to say I was dumb enough to fall for it then called the actual company who they said the debt was from and they told me it was false.

They told me I have an outstanding payday loan that I did not pay. The sold called mediator person Ms. Reeves was rude as hell. Unprofessional A??????? to the 10th power. I could not address her the way I wanted because I was at work. Then she transferred me to sold called Mrs. Moore to give her my prepaid or credit card number to make the payment. They cut you off so you cannot say a word. I will file charges on them if I could find legitimate information on them. Website is a fake!!

"Lisa Smith" a representative from Champion Strategy Holdings called and left a message on my work voicemail stating that I (no name) needed to immediately contact them or the matter (none identified) would be reported to my county (generic). It sounded very threatening, and I am assuming that the number that she left would be a scam.
