because there was no phone number, and they suggested I call the post office or speak to the neighbors. I used the "tracking number " they previously provided which was provided to the Post Office and the USPS said the tracking number was not a tracking number. I received another email from the company showing it was shipped from China. The company then sent me another email with an entirely different tracking number. When I emailed the company advising all of these discrepancies they continued to say it was delivered. I haven't gotten the product, the post office and neighbors didn't receive my package and I haven't gotten a refund.
