When I was reviewing my Medicare Supplement claims for 2025, I noted that a company named Centennial Medical Supply had submitted claims for $2250 per month April through October of 2025, totaling $15,750.00. Thankfully, my Medical Supplement Insurance denied the claim - requesting supporting medical records from the company. I just notified my Supplement provider of the fraud.
