I placed a order with what appears to be cavenders store front and submitted order up until today the tracking has showed it was delivered to my home and as I am emailing them they continue to respond with the same lies I'm so upset by this i don't have the luxury of spending money on scammed orders in on a fixed income and this really just gets me so upset by how this happens far more then it should now i need to figure out the steps to take to get my money back if possible.

I would like to have a complete refund. I've never received either package. Your tracking number is
Showing delivered today at 4pm. Explain how this is possible 🤔 it's now 7am on 5/23. Provide detailed Proff of Delivery. If you are sending another package again (this would be the 3rd) I request next day delivery, with signature upon delivery.
And an actual tracking number from a fed ex. No other carrier.
I feel I should be compensated for this HORRIBLE shopping experience.

Marketed as a cavenders site it at first glance seemed legit. Got a verification email shortly after ordering and a day later a tracking number, however that number links to a tracking site full of mistranslations. Some of their links go to nowhere (hiring link and order and pick up in store link) and a shared product link to a friend took her to a completely different site. T also said itd ship from ft worth but says its coming from china. It's only been a few days but I have serious doubts anything will arrive. I will likely escalate with my bank.
