[email protected] Reports & Reviews (1)

- Tulsa, OK, USA • May 19, 2025

I received postal mail with the wrong name but right address and car information. I opened the letter and set it to the side for a week or so and eventually call them after the expiration date and they still let me attempt to go through with the eligibility process. I spoke with a man AKA one of the representatives Aunt. He proceeded to ask me my VIN number and correct my name on the account. As we got to the last step which was payment, I put him on hold and called my dealership and they informed me that it's most likely third party or scam. I then searched online and came across another person who reported it 2 months ago from the same people. Beware. There was no official name, business nor a return address, but the postal mail looks official. Please don't give them any of your personal information past your name or avoid calling them at all. I did block and report them as spam!
