saw a Carhartt ad on Instagram for a hoodie. I clicked on it and it took me to a website for Carhartt. The website used all Carhartt logos so I didn’t suspect something was wrong. I never noticed the website address however said Cat-hartt. I received a wrong size hoodie. That’s when I emailed customer service and realized that it wasn’t actually Carhartt. They will not refund my money until I return the hoodie but they are saying I have to pay the shipping cost to return. The last email they sent had the address I can return to. No. 218 Xinxi avenue, gaoxin district Xi’an city, shaanxi province China zip code 710000 and phone number 18523658493. I have all emails saved
