Don't buy, scram company

Bought 4 for Christmas gifts, didn't receive any cones for the fountains. Thanks alot, plus they don't answer their phones.

The picture and the video show this wonderful smoke going throughout the holder, you get it light it and nothing but the smoke out the botton hole, how do I return this junk!

I ordered their InScents burner online, and it offered a special on additional cones, which read to me, at the additional cost of $10. When I was billed, it was an additional $29.99. I called long distance to say they should cancel the order as soon as I saw my bill on my credit card, which I check at least once a day. They said they would credit my account $10 towards the extra cones. I was on the way out of the door dor a medical appointment two hours away, by the time someone actually answered after being on hold for a very long time. I then called again to say to cancel, and they told me it was already shipped. I emailed them and let them know I did not want it, and I would write refused, return to sender and over two days after I already took it to the post office doing as I said I would do, they emailed me and said no, it would not be accepted at their warehouse. I am now out over $58.oo. The tracking number shows it was refused by me and being returned, but I am getting no co-operation. I guess it is time to report it to my credit card company! If you are going to deal with this company, I hope you are smarter than I was and check them out beforehand. The package was delivered partially open, but I did not check to see if the correct merchandise was even inside. The post office advised me to just do as I did...
