Scammers that scammed my mum

My mum bought some items from their shop store, and it said nowhere it was a subscription purchase, she bought these sachets that came from China (not the USA as they claim), and they looked a bit suspicious so she threw them out, and then a month later they charged her £69 from her bank account, she emailed them, and they said she can either pause the subscription for one month (literally pointless because it’s monthly) or she can continue with her purchase for the ‘health benefits’ so she had to get her card changed

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I ordered a supplement from this company online. The product said it was made here in the USA in Maryland. I received the product a month later from China. I chalked it up to me being scammed into a counterfeit product and was willing to lose the 35 bucks. However, just two days ago. I received another charge on my card from this company. I did not sign up for a subscription. Upon seeing the order confirmation email, I responded to them saying that I never placed another order. It’s a counterfeit charge and I do not have a subscription with the company. I received an email response that it was too late to cancel the order that it had already been processed. I responded with a second email saying again I never placed an order. After that, I received another email from them saying that if I have a subscription I would need to log onto my account to change my preferences. I know I did not sign up for subscription, but I logged on anyway to verify and sure enough I do not have a subscription. There’s also nowhere on their website where you can cancel a subscription. I emailed them again and stated that I did not approve them charging my card and that I needed to be refunded and that any and all subscriptions they say they have on file need to be canceled immediately. No one will respond with any kind of confirmation. The last email I received stated that they would be willing to put my subscription on a one month pause. Again, I have no subscription. I have blocked them from charging my card again in the future, I have reported them to Instagram, Shop, and now the Better Business Bureau. From my research, it looks like this is a counterfeit company that is knocking off another supplement company online that is truly based in Maryland.
