Facebook advertised a side hustle for seniors to make some extra cash by playing bingo. I downloaded the Cash Wealth app, and was given a $5.00 credit to start. My 1st game, I won $15.00, and the second game I won $25.00. I was given the option to continue playing with my winnings, or cash out through Cash App. I opted to cash out. Not once did I give them my personal information via Cash App. However, somehow they had it, and it appeared that the money was put into my Cash App account, but instead, they immediately withdrew $35.00 from my checking account that is attached to my Cash App account.

I contacted customer service and they said it was impossible to get a refund.

This company is such a fraud. They preyed on my vulnerability and targeted me as a senior needing extra cash.

Attached you will see where they took the money out of my bank account in two transactions. The 1st for $15, and the 2nd for $25 under the name of DreamForge in Las Vegas, USA.
