I placed my order easily via an ad that popped up for Cartivra online paying by credit card. Shipping took longer than stated which is when I realized it was coming from China. The tracking information kept saying the order was on its way, etc or was stateside via its carrier JS Express. Each time I checked it seemed to be closer then out for delivery then finally delivered to mailbox. I immediately checked my mailbox but there was nothing there. After checking several times nothing was received. I contacted Cartivra and was told they would reship my order. Then a few days later they sent new tracking info, a USPS tracking info number. That info did not list a delivery address and was invalid. Do not order from this company as it is a scam. Their customer service is non existent and refunds never happen.
