I thought I was in our Wa. State website and checked that I needed to replace a car title. Somehow it jumped to this car titles.com. I foolishly paid the $189.00 and a month later the title still hadn't showed up. I have since learned that WA state doesn't do online titles. I called them back and asked why I hadn't received the title after paying on Sept. 11th. (They had collected the amount.) They simply sent me new forms to apply and pay again!! Which I DIDN'T do! They also had lied and said they had contacted my husband for an electronic signature. We checked the files and nothing was there for the entire month. So I'm out $189.00
