The victim located the website CarRentalsProperties.com advertising rental vehicles under the name “E Car Rental” and contacted the listed phone number. The individuals requested payment through prepaid debit cards and promised a rental vehicle would be delivered to the victim’s residence. After the victim provided the prepaid card information, losing $920, the suspects ceased communication and no vehicle was delivered.888-386-2360
