This person from CarlosTattooArt90 uses tattoo promotions in which he promises to complete a tattoo session but then disapears with your money and does not provide the service as promised. He refuse to provide location and information of shop after paying the appointment deposit of $150 he required at time of request. He then gives you the run around and never provided the address of location to attend your appointment and takes youer money. He claims that he provided a service that was not provided when you try to dispute the transaction with the bank as well in which I have provide proof of all his scams to my bank for him to try to claim he provided, and NEVER did!
