Type of a scam Online Purchase

Cargo BGI seems like a company scamming businesses by ordering supplies using compromised and stolen credit cards. This company has placed four orders with our company online at https://www.BagsOnNet.com. We had shipped two orders already. As we had received a phone call from the person whose credit card was used fraudulently for one of the orders, we did not ship last two orders. When we called the Cargo BGI, the person told that now the shipment is already out of the country in Barbados (Caribbean Island).

It is very shameful that small businesses are losing money due to frauds and scams by this company. I would like to know options for getting our products back and stopping the scams.

How you can help taxpayers from these scammers? Can you please provide guidance about whom to report this scam further?
