Cardholder Services Reports & Reviews (105)

- Denver, CO, USA

I received a letter that was forwarded form a former address saying, "Thank you for contacting cardholder services about your recent change of address. This letter confirms that we have updated your prepaid account as follows:" Then it said my former and current address correctly. Then bellow said, "If you did not request an address change, or the information above is incorrect, please contact cardholder services at the number listed on the back of your card." I don't have a prepaid card with them, and don't recognize the card number they show on this paper. I can attach an example when a fix my printer/ scanner.

I continue to receive calls from numbers that are from my local area code and seemingly look familiar so one may think they are a person you may know from the past , There is most times a name showing one is Angela Cook. These call come start from 8:00 am until 9:00 pm every day and I now know NOT to answer them. If a call comes in I will let it go to the answering machine, if it is someone I know they will leave a message. This so called company that is a nuisance is stating they are "Card Holder Services" and want to help you to reduce your credit rates and help you to lower your credit debt. I once answered and did speak to a rep and told them I have a low interest rate already and pay my ONE credit card in full every month so I did not need their service , Don't call me again. That rep told me she would call me everyday and has !

I don't answer the phone and hope it will eventually stop. Please DO NOT answer your phone if you do not know the caller , if it is someone you know they WILL leave a message. Don't get involved with these scammers , Don't fall for their tricky tactics.

I have received several calls from a number/numbers in Battle Ground, WA over the past few months. The first time I picked up an automated response said "hi, this is cardholder services calling about your current credit card," telling me I am eligible for lower interest rates. Today I picked up again and decided to "play" by following the prompts to speak with a representative. A male voice answered and I asked him which company he was calling about. He told me "Visa and Mastercard" (one of which I own). I asked him to "please take me off the list and stop calling," to which he replied "go *** yourself, ***."

I will continue blocking the numbers when the calls come in.

I got a robocall from "Rachel with Cardholder Services." I pressed 9 to speak with a representative and told him I had no credit cards and to take me off his call list. He said to hold for a moment and then hung up on me. When I called the number back, it was a normal person who had no idea what "Cardholder Services" was or how they used her phone number.

I have been getting phone calls non-stop from this "Cardholder Services" company supposedly based out of Orlando, FL. I selected 9 and asked to be removed from their calling list. He refused and told me my efforts were futile. I get calls several times a week, from all different phone numbers. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them or block them?

These jerks use a call center in India (basing it off their accents) and try to credit card scam you. I have blocked like 6 numbers, opted into the do not call option, am on the FCC do not call registry, and they keep trying to scam me. I have resorted to name calling them to try to ruin their day. Next time will act like a total [censored] to waste their time.

I am 72 years old and hard of hearing and partially blind. being aggravated by robo calls from Card Holder Services. Try to hurry to the phone only to be asked the same questions over and over wanting me to use their services or provide her own personal information.

She refuses them on a regular basis and has always told them of her disabilities.

- Chardon, OH, USA

I am receiving calls from local people that I know and people I do not know. I have had three calls regarding this over a period of time. I just had one today. They state my cell phone number is showing in their caller ID. The robocall they are receiving is from Cardholder Services. I do not know what the message states to them. I have at one time received calls from them. My concern is my phone number is connected to a robocall scam appearing in caller ID.

- Southgate, MI, USA

I received a letter from Cardholder Services Disputes, and it said "important open immediately". It has my name, address and the last 4 digits of my debit/credit card at the top of the letter.

In the letter it states "(my credit union) is committed to providing you with the most advanced fraud protection solutions available in the marketplace. In keeping with this commitment, we recently tried to contact you to verify activity that occurred on your Debit account (and continues on)". It gives their number and urges to call them immediately. In the past, if there has ever been any questionable activity on my card, a hold is put on the account and I have to contact the credit union myself.

I did google their name, and a bunch of sites showed up. There's even one that's headed ScamPulse.com, with a small amount of information about this Cardholder services disputes company. With many of the sites, you're able to see part of what seems to be the notification from someone else who received one of these letters. I DID NOT, I REPEAT, DID NOT (!!!-don't do it either!!!) open any of these sites. I'm guessing they're set up with some sort of identity theft.

I came here to the ScamPulse.com myself, and input the name of the company. It was not found. Obviously, IT'S A SCAM. I will also contact my credit union in the morning.

- Honolulu, HI, USA

I received a letter in the mail offering credit card assistance with no reference made to any particular credit that I have.

- Lombard, IL, USA

Called offering me information on how to lower my credit card payment. Used phone number like mine to get me to answer.

- Eden Prairie, MN, USA

I get a call at least once a day from different numbers telling me there are no issues with my credit card. They just want to tell me that there is an opportunity to get a better interest rate on my credit card.

- Savannah, GA, USA

This was a "yes" scam call. Caller stated they are from Cardholder Services and asked to speak to me by name. I instinctively said yes (not smart) and heard the click on the other end knowing what had just happened.

They call your number and when you answer they talk about reducing your current credit card debt. The give the option 9 to speak to a representative and when they answer it's always a Hindi person speaking and if you ask to have your number removed from their list they hang up and call you more frequently.

- Forest Grove, OR, USA

Heather from Card Holder Services wants $10,000 to repair my credit card debt in the form of a credit union wire transfer. I do not have any credit cards, nor loans. I am on the do not call list and they still call me.

Received a call from 320-634-7188 on 3/6/17 at 9:00 a.m. Says "Hello. This is Rachel from Cardholder Services." I said 'yes' and they hung up. When I tried to call the number back, it is dead. I tried to research the # on the internet and came up with nothing. 634 is a local # to our area, so it looked like a legitimate phone call. I believe this is a scam as it appeared to be a local #, but is not available, and Cardholder Services is generally associated with credit cards.

- Truth Or Consequences, NM, USA

robocall, Bridgette from Cardholder Services. The same old scam, luring you with supposed lower interest rates, but now they are using Canadian numbers. Oddly enough, I was with a friend when she got the same call about an hour earlier.

these people are calling from a new number several times a day

Wants personal information to lower credit card interest rates. When I asked to be removed from their call list they refused to do so unless I gave them personal information. I asked many times and he refused saying unless i gave him my personal information he would not remove me and would call me every day. I finally hung up . When I called this number back a person answered with his personal name of Dan Sykes and when I asked who he was and what this business was he hung up on me.

- Valdosta, GA, USA

Rachel from Cardholder Services calls me repeatedly. This is a robo-call. She says that the company can lower my credit card interest rate. I have no credit cards. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list, to no avail. During the last call, which occurred 6/1/2016 at 3:00pm EST, I told them to never call me again or I would report them to the FTC, and the representative promptly told me to *** *** and hung up. I am looking to personally file suit for severe harassment and verbal abuse.
