I recently got my car registration back for my new state and they spelled my last name wrong in a way that is not a real last name. This person used that same spelling, so they 100% got it from some database of car registration.

I have been receiving calls for over a month no matter how many numbers i block they still call. It’s always the same message about a car warranty. I can provide different phone numbers they have been calling from.

I keep getting calls from several different numbers, some local and some long distance, and I answer but hear a rain drop then a recording plays or a person with accent gets on the phone. I advised them not interested and to put on the do not call list. Some hang up immediately and or I hang up when the recording continues on. Some will have the option to opt out and to press 2, so naturally I do but sometimes they call back.

They Robo call everyday from different numbers, I am on the do not call list, have blocked and blocked the numbers from them. But every day they call from new numbers. Say that my Car Warranty needs to renewed. I have a 2014 KIA with a 10 year warranty or mileage which come first. I tell them to stop calling daily and they continue to call. They are all from India. I tell them that I do not have a car warranty with them and they continue to call .

I got a call from this number stating that I needed to renew my car warranty so when I connected with the person they proceeded to ask me what kind of vehicle I drove and I told them shouldn't you know what kind of vehicle I drove since you're calling me about renewing my car warranty the lady hung up on me I called the number back and it went to a voicemail like it was a cell phone

I received a call from someone that said I called, I didn’t. I mentioned I hope my number wasn’t being used for a scam. Today, the person called back and said she got another call from my number saying they were a car warrantyservice and that it probably was a scam. I reported this to my phone company, Hawaiian Telcom and they told me to report to BBB.org. What do I do now?

They call me about 5 times daily at least. They are offering extended car warranties. I don't even have the vehicle they are trying to offer me coverage for. I have asked at least 10 times that they stop calling me. Each time they argue with me telling me that i need this coverage. I even spoke with a manager once and although i was being polite he told me i was being rude and hung up on me.
