I contacted [email protected] trying to figure out how to return it. I received a letter stating they were sorry I wasn’t happy and gave me an address in China to return it and their shipping plant had recently moved from CA to China. Hence the shipping cost outrageous. All of this from Premier Trust Store or Magic Toy Truck with a communication that offered me to keep them with a 20% discount or give them to a friend. Quality was horrible and no interest in keeping them. I disputed the charge and they said I was doing it to get the items for free which I was not …I would gladly ship them back but not to China at the cost of half the item. And where do all these other companies come into all of this…don’t order from this company a scam and totally unprofessional.
