We had ordered jewelry that was 10k rose gold. when it arrived it was not rose gold at all. it was fake. When the necklace broke the business refused to replace it or even refund our money. When we called them out on the quality of the jewelry we were blocks and are now out $400. when reporting the page its private and my comments and feedback as well as the pictures of the proof of damage and fake jewelry they blocked it from the page so no one else could know about our experience or that they would be buying fake jewelry for hundreds of dollars.
