This "business" advertises on Facebook. They say they are just behind on orders, but they have no contact information listed on their site or facebook page. I placed an order in April 2021, and as of 6/2/21, have not received it. I have made many attempts to email them and have only gotten the same response each time...to wait patiently and that they are hard at work. I see on their Facebook page that there are many other customers that also never received their orders and have been waiting for months as well. They list no address, phone number, nothing. They ask for credit card info to pay the order, and take it out of the account immediately. I know I only got charged once for my product, but I've been keeping an eye on my own account since.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed my order for a canvas for Mother's Day in the middle of April and STILL have not received it yet. When I first ordered it, I was getting all kinds of emails, here it is June 2 and still NO product and suddenly no more emails.

Canvas Zone promises 3 to 5 days shipping, well my order was confirmed on April 28th and the money taking from my bank account on the same day. And 32 days later I'm still waiting for my order. What a shame that BBB can't fix this type of scams on line...so mad!

I ordered on 4/24/21 after I saw the ad on Facebook. No updates on my order what so ever. I have message them numerous times to see if my canvas was ready to ship. I got a message but it was basically nothing. The message didn't tell me nothing. I paid $14.99 for the greatest blessings call me mama with the sunset beach theme. I really believe that they took my money. I doubt if I'll ever get what I ordered smh.

Placed an order on May 3rd and haven’t received it yet. Their web site says it hasn’t shipped. They have no phone number to call and only sent computer generated emails claiming that they are working on it. I sent a messenger text demanding my money back and they just give me a run around. And now they are completely ignoring me. I gave them my phone number and they refuse to call. I believe they used Mother’s Day as an opportunity to advertise items that they have no intention of delivering.

Please Do Not order anything from Canvas Zone. I purchased 2 items from them on 4/15/21. Through out the whole process, they were emailing me giving me updates on the progress. On 5/1/21, I got an email saying my order was finished. I've tried emailing several times trying to find out when it will be shipped, but all I get is an robotic email back. Its not a real person. As of today, 5/28/21 i still haven't received my order or been able to contact anyone. This is a scam.

I ordered 3 canvas’ and spent 49 dollars a few weeks before Mother’s Day because of an ad I saw on Instagram. I checked the reviews which were all positive. I checked the website and seemed legit. I should have checked to see if there was a number which there isn’t. They immediately process payment when most companies don’t process until it is shipped. Every email says they are a family business and they are backed up. It’s been a few weeks and still hasn’t shipped. Everytime I reach out to them it’s an automated email thanking me for my purchase and to be patient. I have tried to get a number and I can’t. I have been trying to get a shipping date and they never answer that question. If u check the BBB website it’s all negative reviews about shipping and no contact. I don’t know how this scam of a company has not been taken care of yet with all of these exact same complaints

This company had an ad on instagram several weeks before mother’s day - read a few reviews - seemed to be on the up and up. I purchased- TOOK MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY- never received a confirmation email, tracking, NOTHING. Finally about a week later received an order number - sent email with the apparently fake order number - received an auto email that they are a family business and will respond in 48 to 72 hours, not to send another email because that will slow them down. Sent one after nothing from them for a week and a half. NOTHING! Sent another one today - checked my order number - it says the same thing that it has for a month now - processing! I feel like I have been scammed & claiming they are a small family business - yea a famil business of being thieves!!!!!!!

I ordered a mother's day gift for my Mom and a gift for my sister on Aptil 16, 2021. Recieved emails that the order was received and that it was in process. Then towards the end of April I emailed them to verify when I would reciev my gifts. Was emailed back that the orders are still in process. Then on May 7th the email I received stated "Your Made To Order item has been fully crafted and is ready to leave our loving hands before it reaches your welcoming arms." It's now 5/20/21 and I still haven't received anything or any responses to my emails. What do I do?

I ordered two canvases on 4/21/21 with a guarantee of before mother's day delivery. Here it is, more than a week after mother's day and my order is still processing. Customer service is horrible, they never respond to emails and have no phone number. They post on fb apologizing for delays but don't rectify their mistake other than offering a 10% off coupon for future orders...as if I'll ever give them a dime again! The BBB now has multiple complaints and reviews advising people not to order from them! They are scam artists, don't waste your money!

I ordered a canvas from Canvas Zone on April 4th, 2021. After the conformation code was sent it notified me that the package would come in 5-7 business days. It’s May 17th, 2021 and i still haven’t received my package. i also paid extra for tracking the shipment and it never sent me a text about it nor let’s me track where it is. Please do not buy from these people, they have horrible customer service. When I sent a complaint email they asked me not to send multiple emails because it would effect the package shipping. That was the first complaint I had sent. Today I sent another complaint letting them know I would be reporting them to the BBB.

This website advertised gifts for Mother’s Day, and having them arrive before Mother’s Day. I ordered mine on April 7th, and was told about 7 business days. It’s been almost a month and the product hasn’t even been shipped. On their Facebook, hundreds of other people are reporting their items either not being shipped, or receiving a box with only bubble wrap and no product.
