I ordered a canvas for my mom for Mother’s Day in late April. I still have not received it. The company emailed me back in June and said please be patient that they are still trying to fill the orders because they are family company. I have contacted them to her three times since then and not received any contact back.

I placed an order for Mother’s Day on April 8, 2021 and today is July 31, 2021. I have YET to receive my order. The cost of the item was $13.94. Although this is not a considerable amount, I was actually looking forward to the item and building a picture collage around the wall hanging. An initial response from Canvas Zone eluded to delays due to COVID. I have had no further responses since reaching out additional times. What is the problem?

I ordered from Canvas Zone on May 5th. I have contacted the company numerous times but have received no response. It has been almost 3 months now. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they were also unable to get a response from the company. I am now in the process of filing with my credit card to have the charge removed.

I ordered 3 mothers day gifts for my daughters with the names and date of birth on them wayback in april and it is now july and I have yet to receive them however they had no problem taking my money this company is a scam.at first they were responding to my emails with updates that being a small company the orders would be delayed. After several more interactions with them they have since stopped responding to me I really thought they were a reputable company however they are not and I have filed a complaint with the BBB which I suggest everyone else that got scammed follow suit to prevent them from scamming others

I had placed an order for Mother's Day to get 2 canvas print for my mom of her children and grandchildrens names and birthdays on them. It was the one that stated my greatest blessings call me Mom and Nana. They immediately took my payment but two weeks went by and no updates or shipment. I contacted them via email because that was the only information I could find and inquired about my order. I got a response back and it stated due to the overload of mother's day orders they were running behind but catching up quickly every day. I should expect my items to ship soon. Still hadn't heard from them over a month after my initial order so I emailed again asking for a refund. I have yet to receive a response or receive my items. Obviously they got the best of me and I hope they are caught because who knows how much money they took from others. Don't buy from this company.

I also found that they have almost 200 of the same complaint from many other people! Please DO NOT make any purchase from this company!! This company runs a website selling personalized gifts. I purchased a Mother’s Day gift in April 2021 and have yet to receive it. When I try to contact them I either get a generic response or no response at all. The $51.00 for the gift was drafted from my account immediately but I have never received a product. The only method of contact to this supposed business is through a 3rd party “support” email. Upon further investigation through ScamPulse.com reviews it appears I am just 1 of hundreds of people that has fallen victim to these scammers. This is not a business and it should be shut down immediately!

I ordered a canvas for my daughter ( an intended gift for Mother’s Day) on April 17, 2021. At the end of May, I contacted Canvas Zone asking about the status of my order. They responded stating that they were a small family owned business and that the orders were overwhelming but they were working to fulfill all orders ASAP. I ordered a canvas for my grandsons to give to their mom on Mother's Day, it never arrived! I have sent 4 emails to this company and its been 2 1/2 months and no canvas, no email no communication! They had no problem taking my money but never sent me what I paid for! you want find my name on their next order list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order on April 23,2021 for my daughter for Mother's Day. As if today's date 7/11/21 still have not received my order although the money for my order was deducted from my account. I have emailed several times, received an automated response the first time and nothing for the other two times. I have ordered from them one other time with no problems. I see many other people who have had the same experience. This company needs to be investigated and money returned to all of those who did not receive their orders!

My experience - frustration & story is THE SAME as the others posted here. I placed 2 orders April 26 . . their website said several times . . these gifts make THE PERFECT Mother's Day Gift w/ guaranteed delivery 'by' Mother's Day.

It's 10 weeks later and NO delivery and NOT providing me a - Ship Date & Delivery Date.

I have written 10+ emails asking for status & Ship / Delivery dates and each time I receive their Generic Letter saying . . Thank You for you patience & continued support - our 25 employees are working around the clock to fulfill orders.

IT'S BEEN 10 frick'n weeks . . AND I AM NOT happy nor patient any longer.
