Yes we placed an order on 5/14/21 we have e mailed them Multiple times for our Product we paid for or a refund nothing they don’t have a phone number you have to do everything by e mail

We placed an order on May 7 and I have e mailed three time nothing my husband ordered it for me for Mother’s Day at this point I would like my money back or give me my Product that we paid for . This is crazy that so many people said that they took our money wow next time I will definitely check reviews

I purchased a fathers day gift for my husband on 5/24/21 my bank account was promptly charged for the fee of $15.94. I got a confirmation email almost immediatly confirming my order. I have been trying since then to contact them via email at their support address and nothing gets answered. I cant call them because there is no phone number listed. I have the confirmation number as well as the confirmation emails and yet no product delivered!

I placed an order in April, 2021 and as of today, June 15,2021 I still do not have the item. I cannot get the company to call me back or to answer my emails. They have scammed me out of $23.00

I bought an item from Canvas Zone back in April and still have not received it. I have tried to contact or follow up on my order and cannot get any information other than what appears to be standard information sent to everyone. I was able to follow my order for a little bit, then it just disappeared. I just lost my job, and really need the money back if they aren't going to make the item I purchased. It looks like quite a few people are having the same issue.

I ordered a canvas for my mom on April 25th, for mothers day. I've emailed them multiple times asking about my order and wanting a refund. All I get is a long robotic message stating they are a small business with only 25 employees and they are working on my product. Today is June 16th and I still haven't received even an email stating my product is done and being shipped.

On April 12, 2021, I ordered a Father’s Day, canvas thinking I’ll have it by June in time for Father’s Day. It is now June 15, 2021 & still no sign of my order. I spent $22.94. My money will never go back to this company again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I went to the website listed above and ordered a mothers day canvas on 5/4/2021. I received an order conformation back and was told that it would take 10-20 days for production and then another 2-7 business days to deliver. It is now 6/15/2021 and no item has been delivered. I attempted to contact them by email (as this is the only way to get to them) and keep getting a generic email response.

On April 27 of 2021 I ordered a canvas from canvas zone. I was charged $10.94 and that included shipping. They took the charge for me immediately. It was to be ordered by Mother’s Day which was May 10 of 2021. As of June 11 of 2021 I have yet to receive the product and have not been able to have any contact with anyone at the company. I have sent two emails asking about shipping and delivery and if it was not going to be delivered for me to get a refund.All I get back as an immediate response email stating that due to high demand of emails are unable to get back and less it’s been at least 72 hours and that if I email more than once that they’re not gonna be able to respond to me. I gave them three weeks between emails and have not heard anything. There is no phone number that I can find. The address I was given is for Wyoming where everyone else is posting that they’re in Utah and two other states. I would like to get the product or get my money refunded.

I ordered 4 canvas prints for mothers day on April 9th. Here it is June 9th and still haven't recieved my order. They do not refund money, they do not call you, and now you can't even look up your order. I am quite upset with this company as I have reached out numerous times. Quite disappointing as I think the product is unique, but I may never get to look on it with my own eyes.

Spent $20.43 thinking I was going to get a nice Father's Day canvas. 6 hours later got a message saying that they refunded it without any reason. After seeing these reviews of pretty sure I won't get my money back nor will I get a canvas. I should have researched first.

On April 24th I ordered a Mother’s Day canvass. It said it would be here may 3th. I still don’t have the canvas! But it took my money! Do not order from this company! Scam alert! When I email them it gives me the same email back. I just want my money! I am out of 17.45 dollars. This is ridiculous

I ordered a canvas for mother's day on April 20th. I followed up with company a week before mother's day to see if my mother would receive her gift in time... I got a pre written automated reply about due to covid the shipping times are taking longer and a bunch of other mumble jumble. here it is June 7 and still nothing. My cost was $21.95 I have request a refund, I have reported to ScamPulse.com and still nothing. Everytime I email this company I get the same prewritten automated reply. This company is taking people money and not delivering the product. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

FRAUD! SCAM! BULLCRAP! Of course they’re being advertised on different platforms. So I placed a Mother’s Day order back in April 2021 that NEVER ARRIVED! I’ve emailed several times only to receive the same exact response each time! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
