In April 3th 2025, I purchased 4 airplane tickets to Orlando Fl, with this company. Everything look legit, the send me an email with the itinerary details, then I got a phone call from 1 844 660 0614, I couldn't answr the phone because I was at work, so everything was thru emails. I ask them for a reservation number and they told me that I would get it on the last weekf of May. So right there it was a res flag, so I decided to send an email canceling my reservation, at this point they already debit my money from the bank. I got and emailed saying that I eill get my refund within 15 to 45 business day. Today is May 15 2025 and still no refund. I trying to dispute this matter with my bank yo see if I can somehow get my money bank. Please do not buy tickets with any cheap tickets title on it.
