i received a phone call with no caller id and i answered silently and the guy asked “hey bro, can you hear me? hello? can you hear me?” and i stayed silent and the caller hung up after 49 seconds. they called back 3 separate times and i only answered one more time and played a YouTube video in the background and he still asked “can you hear me?” then they texted me “ hey bro i cant hear me u answering i hear u on background just wanna know if u r gonna b able to” from the number 1-(870)-316-1479

Was called by the provided number. Person calling asked if I could hear them. I said "I do." Caller immediately hung up after my reply. I am worried they may be able to use a recording of my voice saying "I do" for something fraudulent.

I answered a call from an eastern Washington number because my daughter is in college over there. The person on the other end asked “is this *****?” to which I said yeah, and then they didn’t respond and eventually hung up after a second. Now I’m reading it was probably a scam so I want the number reported.

I received a phone call from (320) 317-1877 phone number. When I picked up, the person/recording said "Hello? Hello? Can you hear me?" to which I responded "Yes." They began a spiel about credit cards and my credit account, but I hung up about 5 seconds in, realizing it was a spam call. I was concerned that they recorded me saying "Yes."

My husband answered our landline phone this morning. The caller said his name like a question. He replied Yes. The caller promptly hung up. We tried calling the number back that showed up on our phone and a recording came on that it is an un-asigned number. I told my husband I think he just fell victim to the Yes scam. *** *** ** ******* **********

Received a call, person asked if I could hear me, I said yes, they then said stay in the line to be approved for a new credit card then it hung up. I believe they recorded my "yes" to take out credit on my behalf & use it themselves.
