I saw a commercial on fb from CALLIE on 11/15/2024 about these cute bins that you can put a cartoon picture of someone on the front with their name and birth flower so I purchased 2 one for each granddaughter, I filled out the normal form with all my information like name address email address phone number and credit card information and that was it, I waited a few days but never saw anything on an email or text on my phone so I thought well it’s close to the holidays I’ll wait a little bit longer but still nothing so I looked at my bank statement and the money was taken out of $67, I looked up CALLIE and was going to call but there’s no phone number just where you can leave a message on Messenger so I left a message but never received any response, this is so disappointing because I was buying these for my granddaughters for Christmas, I’m very scared they have all my information including my credit card number. I have a picture of my credit card statement showing they took the money out if you need that.

Went to www.callie,com, via advertisement on Instagram, to purchase a personalized gold necklace with a pumpkin for Halloween, see https://www.callie.com/personalized-halloween-gothic-name-necklace-halloween-gif...⇄ I clicked on paypal to check out, which normally automatically takes consumer to paypal site where it asks us to enter in our paypal password and auto populates with the shipping and pymt info, all we have to do is click ok to confirm, then that paypal window closes and auto takes you back to the site to confirm order with order #. But I noticed on this order, the paypal page that came up looked different then it normally does. Then it popped up another new window and asked me to re-enter in my debit card info. It did strike me as unusual at first, cause paypal page doesn't ask for the card # again but I thought maybe paypal wasn't working so I proceeded. After a couple week I hadn't received the necklace which I was billed $40 for. I then noticed 3 fraudulent charges on 2 of my debit cards that are on my digital wallet for total of $947 & change. I immediately called the banks and 3 fraudulent charges were reversed. One of these charges was for Amazon purchase which showed was done by an Amazon "merchant:" acct out of Singapore. I finally got the product with a return shipping address of: 1215 E. Washington Blvd, Montebello, CA 90640, but they site states office is based in Hongkong (see address below). Anyway, I spoke to my bank and they said the charges from the Callie site were from digital transactions using tokens stolen from my digital wallet and said it appears this site is being used to steal banking information from their customers. Please investigate. Thank you.

I ordered two personalized blankets with expedited shipping and never received them and when I emailed them they gave me a fake tracking number and fake tracking app.
