I received an email stating:

The California Secretary of State is showing that ********* ********* ********** ***. missed the deadline of 06/30/2024 to file its Statement of Information.

The message requested $125 for filing the statement of information. I paid but then found out that the statement had been properly filed before the deadline and was still current till 06.30.2025.

The message had misrepresented the fact to defrode me by providing unneeded services.
