Over four months since I bought a product from buylilishop.com. The product doesn’t fit me and I have not been able to get my money back for a refund. Almost no communication from this company. Don’t spend your hard earned money here, you will be disappointed with the outcome.

Placed order on April 1st of course 4months later and still no response or product. This is a horrible business if it's truly a business. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING!. Hope something happens to this fake company horrible what they are doing to people.

Ordered bras on April 1, 2020. Confirmation email stated that it may take 5-6 weeks for arrival OUTSIDE the United States. Last time I checked, Indiana was well within the states. I have been back and forth with them about how their tracking number shows zero progression. They promised to escalate my claim and get back to me with information as to the location of my items. Buylili does nothing but lie. Save your time and money and buy local.

I placed an order on April 2nd it was confirmed next day. 6 to 8 weeks delivery. Contacted buylili May 31 email i got back stated due to the new corona virus well now its June 22nd still waiting emailed them back due to the new corona virus... Check tracking it reached a shipping facility May 12th waiting to be picked up.. Come on i need a better story i have requested my money back no response

I am a disabled woman due to a stroke and thought I had the perfect bra since I have lost the use of my right side.
I placed an order of their " comfortable bras" as advertised and have seen the same brand and advertisement on 2 other assumed names.

I thought wow going to get some items from back home on the USA. not received anything yet. Ordered April 6 and still today nothing yet not even a reply. Do not deal with this company and I am going to pass charges and Sue. A Scam and a disgrace of a online company...just not seeing it is proanly coming from China and I do not order from there since the past pandemic. Refund money now. I spent $75 dollars on exercise pants from Buylili.com. After order was placed I was notified it would be a long lead time. I received tracking but months later, product never arrived and eventually tracking suggested that product was returned to sender. It’s almost a year of communication and so far no product or refund. This is by far the worst company that I have experienced. My last response was regarding a delay due to Chinese Christmas.
