I had similar issues with this company, frauding equipment that doesn't work and doesn't respond to emails. Ordered and called the listed number - China... I asked her to take off extras the website had automatically added. She supposedly fixed but I noticed 10 different 'business' names listed on my bank account each with the same charge. Finally removed and I chanced at canceling the purchase. Sure enough it was shipped out the following day from China not the NJ Warehouse they claim to have. No support nor response from them - not even an invoice. Product arrived thru Miami then ******** **. I returned the pkg after testing it and found it did not fit our water hose even with the 3 connectors sent with the spray nozzle I am working with my bank on this claim. I also looked online and found this same product on another store chain for under $20!

Do not trust these 'too good to be true' online hoaxes.
