Placed an order and after a month got the product. It was WAY too small even though it was listed as large. They said they would send a replacement at no cost and I should keep the current shipment. No other product has shown up and they refuse to refund my money.

I did not receive my full order. The phone number they give is disconnected. I emailed customer service multiple times and got one response days later that they would update me on the remainder of the order. I haven’t heard anything since and it has been over two weeks.
