I ordered a pair of gloves for $13.95 ordered on March 3 and never got the gloves got a order# and here it is Dec 22 and still no gloves and just got off the phone with Chase and they will be investigating this company and refunding my money over the next several days. And I tried to call the company at the re-routed to a different legit company for fire safety gloves.
I think we should find a class action lawyer and hold facebook accountable for advertising companies that aren’t vetted or can’t be compliant to meeting facebook marketplace standards and Facebook should have to pay us all a fine as well as part of the settlement.

Not a peep from them. For me Facebook should be partially to blame because that's where I saw the ad and ordered the gloves. Now if you search for the Super Gloves, you get the crappy knit gloves with rubber on them, not the tactical looking gloves where you could punch through glass.

Glad to see so many here that have also been swindled. I just wish I could get my money back or the gloves.

They don't even deserve one star. This company scammed many people including myself. I ordered two pairs of gloves like many other have done.They took advantage of people who work hard for their money to buy the items they deserve. Websites, companies, etc need to spend more time looking into companies if they are legit. There are many scams out there and sometimes its hard to tell one from the other. I hope this company gets all the bad karma that's coming to them and more. You have to be pretty low to scam people, and you should never get away with it. Beware, and be more careful before you purchase items online, and do your research. I made that mistake, but i wont make that mistake again.

Ordered a pair of gloves and all weather jacket. Nothing! All websites are shut down and can't get in contact with nobody. Jacket was $29.95 & gloves were $12.95. Ordered back in January. Tried emailing them and have just been ignored. Quick to take your money and run. Another case of "Live & Learn"

I ordered Gloves, Back pack and Weatherproof jacket. Never got anything except an order confirmation and receipt where they took my money. Now the site is gone and so is my money. Instagram should vet any company that wants to sell products on their site. Hopefully I can get my money back from VISA because it was a fraud.

The reason I am rating so low is that I have sent an email and received no response. Please respond to your emails. I ordered mine in Feb as well and just got it today...and just a heads up, whatever you ordered probably isn't what you ordered and most likely crap...I ordered the Thermopeak outdoor jacket and got a pepr thin windbreaker...good luck!
