This guy has called my phone and now my husband requesting information about me. He was threatening me via voicemail. I thought it serious after my husband received a voicemail. It does not make sense as I do not owe on loan I do not know about.

Caller wanted personal information for application. Caller said I had taken out a payday loan in 2014 for $2300. I told them I had never taken any payday loans and they said see you in court. I have never taken any payday loans out and I told them any payday loans in my name would be fraud I wanted the information for the loan and they continued to hang up on me.
