Buyer BEWARE. I purchased “books” via this ad and immediately my debit card was compromised with fraudulent charges from different sites luxeslacks.com , glimmeraura.com , and twice by ladiezsteps.com

Facebook ad showed a book on Herbology and natural healing. Going through the website they show physical books and page counts. I added what I wanted to my cart. I put in shipping information. The website makes you choose that you’ve read the terms and conditions but the terms and conditions don’t open and are blank links. The website sent me ebooks instead of physical books. I asked for a refund (the website shows 30 day money back guarantee) and they refused because it’s a digital download. I told customer service that I wanted physical books and they said all I needed to cover was $9.99 shipping and sent me a link for that. I completed that it charged me again for the digital download. I asked customer service about a refund again and they refused.

This company pretends to be affiliated with a well-known site (The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies) and sells you copies of their books, with a money-back guarantee. They do NOT say it's only a digital copy until after you buy. I was also charged for another book I did not want. I asked for both to be refunded, and I was told the guarantee only applied to physical copies. Quite convenient for them, no? Please don't make the same mistake I did.

I made a single purchase of $4.99 from this company, and when offered a second item at a discount, I clicked “No thanks”. It then took me to a page thanking me for the second purchase, which I did not authorize. I immediately contacted the company, asking for a refund. Despite claiming to have a response time of 24 hours or less, they did not reply for two weeks. When they did email me, they told me it was impossible to refund me (despite having a “satisfaction guaranteed or your money back” sign on the site. They basically told me I should have read the product description about it being a digital product better, even though that was not the issue at all, and refused to refund me a second time.
