I purchased a "Personalized" meal plan through the website Bodyfitplan.me for weight loss. The website gave me a short quiz asking about my life style along with my current body weight and height. I provided this information and after paying 30 dollars ( a discount from the usual 60 ) I received a 5 week plan. After seeing my plan containing things such as "Quail egg salad" and other things that were just not doable for me - I emailed customer service to see if we could adjust my "personalized" meal to suit my life style better. I also have a very severe nut allergy - so I would need recipes that did not include nuts. After Emailing Bodyfit about the issues with my meal plan - they responded by telling me that there is nothing they can do and that I should replace nuts with berries. This became clear to me that this plan is not "personalized" but is just cookie cutter plan they give to every one with no way to make it fit my needs like it had advertised. I am now asking for a refund of my money seen has its only been a day and I have not used one bit of it but have received no response and now I am unable to log into my meal plan.....
