Advertised jewelry as being “14k solid gold” and turned out to be plated. Also paid extra for “solid 14k gold chains” for “solid 14k gold beads”. Reached out to company. Never heard from. Have several email exchanges of purchases. Originally purchased items on etsy. Then company's actual website. They were offering a discount for buying from their website directly instead of etsy. This made sense for me that a small business would want to stop paying the fees to etsy and build their business independently from them. So switching to buy from them directly didn't raise any alarms. I have had great experiences on etsy. I have another jeweler I met on Etsy that I still use and is an amazing/honest company. I thought this place, bochelli was another one. But they are not a reputable company sadly. They are scammers.
