Status on the tracking program said it was out for delivery. That was two days ago. I arranged to be home on January 19th because it said my chair was out for deliver. No delivery. No answers to my emails to customer service. My next step will be to call my bank and have the transaction to my credit card reversed and Visa card cancelled.
Is there anything else that can be done with this company?
