I found an item on their website that I had lost in a housefire. It was a wedding present and it meant a lot to me. I emailed to see the company still had it in stock, called which went right to voicemail. I thought okay they're busy. I bought said item, received a confirmation stating AmazonPay had put the purchase through but still didn't hear anything from Blue Chrome. Called again and emailed....nothing. I live in Delaware and am fortunate to have a friend who lives near Long Beach, CA. She drove to the address and found the address was nothing more than a UPS Store PO Box. And in Florida where the so called "Corporate Offices" are located is simply an overgrown empty lot.
