I ordered and paid for items, and what I received was not what was pictured. Emailed support about returns and they replied "How about we give you 7USD and you keep the product. Return shipping will cost you a lot of money." Responded that I wanted a full refund and to be sent a free shipping return label and they replied with an offer of "13usd".
