I purchased a:
Samsung QLED 27in Curved Gaming Monitor C27hg70qqn NO133392589051 1 $60.68 $60.68
on May 16, 2020.
On or around June 10, 2020, I received a small package containing 3 cloth face-masks (for coronavirus, I'm assuming)
I emailed their customer support on June 10, 2020
1 week passed.
I then filed a claim with Paypal.
June 22, 2020, someone from Blease Customer support emailed me back explaining this was a mixup and offered to a refund or to ship me the item again.
Around the same time, the contact / seller offered a $50 refund on Paypal.
I declined the refund, in good faith, assuming the monitor was going to be shipped to me instead.
After about another month, the item was no longer trackable on this website: ZR301912940CN

I sent another email to their customer support, July 10, 2020.
2 weeks later they send me another email with the same Tracking number and website.
1 week passes, and then the item is no longer trackable.
I sent them another email July 26, 2020.
They still have not responded.
I have sent them another email today; Aug 12, 2020.
At this point, the Paypal claim is no longer open-able, since I closed it.
Even if it were, the 60 day time-frame that Paypal has for claims is long gone.
So I fear, I am out the $60.68 I paid, and all I have are 3 worthless face-masks to show for my money, and nothing else I can do.
