I placed the order 2 1/2 months ago for 68 piece dishes, and received a watch and fake pearl earrings instead of my dishes. They apparently are a scam online ordering service. Be careful.

Shoes Ordered looked nothing like Shoes Received

On October 26, 2022 I ordered a pair of genuine leather green "Orthopedic Diabetic Walking Loafers". I received confirmation of the order on the same day from "MONIKSHOP" (owned by Bin Estrella GmbH). Then on Nov. 2 I received confirmation from "TOTETK" that my order had been shipped. I received my order on Nov. 17 and the shoes looked nothing like what I ordered. They were not genuine leather shoes - sole was supposed to be leather but the sole is rubber. They were the wrong color - black - and 2 sizes too large. I have sent 2 e-mails on Nov. 17 and Nov. 22 to [email protected] - the e-mail given on the confirmation of order and confirmation of shipment - and have heard nothing. Pictured below are the shoes shown on website and a picture of the shoes I received.
