Bill Pitzer is known as a scammer and solicitor. He has called, actually stopped by, and spoke to residents. He has even stopped by other buildings in my company trying to solicit. He has stopped by when staff is not present as well. He specifically spoke to one of my residents and informed them that if the resident gave him cash that services would start right away. Then he said to the resident that after so long the price would increase. I also was informed that he took pictures of the directory in the vestibule. He also has a flyer that offers many services which he uses to try and schedule programs.
