May 3, 2020 I ordered on line Fabric Raised Planting Bed - Just Unfold,Fill and Grow × 1
BLACK / 6 PCS(ALL SIZE)?ONLY $79.90. Three weeks later I sent an email getting asking for a shipping number to track and was told it was delayed coming from overseas. Today, 10 weeks after the order was made, I sent another email and get it back as undeliverable. How do I get help?

On May 3, 2020 I ordered two of the fabric raised planting bed. It was two orders of one, a little over a week ago I received one of them and I have tried to find out where the other one is but I keep getting mail failure and there is no phone number.

Ordered raised bed from these folks. They are crooks. Ordered in May and haven't received anything. They made it look like it was coming from United States. Sad, that their are so many crooks out here taking people's hard earned money. Got me once not again.

Ordered May, still nothing and it is July! I think I’ve been scammed and I used a credit card so I’ll call credit card co. to see if I can either get refund or keep them from using it again! I won’t buy from ads ever again, sticking to Amazon!

They have changed the website and contact info. This is the same company doing business as Big Hot Sell. So do not be duped as it is the same scam company. This company is a Chinese Scam and a total nightmare. Do not do business or buy anything from this website. It looks like it comes from CA but it comes from China. I ordered the Raised Plant Bed and it never came for over 3 months. They only distribute from Walnut CA but the company is in China and that is where the product comes from which is not clear on the website. I disputed the charge and then a month later they finally send the items after being 3 months late and are trying to not accept the dispute. Eventhough, I have long replaced the item and no longer need their product. It also looks Cheap and Flimsy. Just avoid dealing with this Scam Operation if at all possible. Do not do it or you will regret it.

Saw ad on Facebook, placed order on May 3rd through Paypal, who sent my $139.80 to Yokawa Network Limited ([email protected]). Emailed [email protected] on May 30th and received a response from them on May 31st with their response saying "Thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry that your order has been sent out, so we can not cancel it. Then gave me the tracking number that says it in California. Today is June 22..I still do not have my order and any new emails I send are sent back.

Ordered my complete kit Order #11788 on 5/4/2020, saying order confirmed still nothing as of 6/14/2020 for $79.90, I will be notifying the Federal Trade Com about this crap, only order thur PayPal if they don't have it, don't order it. This my second time this has happened, ONLY pay with PAYPAL

I also ordered a raised fabric garden May 2. NOTHING. The tracking number shows it is in California for 28 days. Never moved. I have been emailing with the SAME answer, like it is an automated email.
These scammers are horrible, despicable people. But when an ad is on facebook, you think it is legit!

I purchased their fabric planters on May 1, 2020 and as of today, 11 days later, I have received nothing. I have emailed the company and received no response from them. I believe I have been scammed. I saw the add on Facebook, so I too will be notifying them of this fraudulent company.

May 3rd I ordered fabric garden beds. I’ve checked the website for order status and the website is gone. I emailed them several times, no reply. I’ll be filing a dispute with PayPal and also reporting them to Facebook since that’s where I saw the ad.

Based on my research this “company” scammed lots of people as I’ve seen lots of complaints.

Lesson learned. Sticking with Amazon in the future.

First time ever but I guess I'm part of the "I got scammed " club now . Ordered a raised garden bed for $27.97 which included shipping and a big Mothers Day discount supposedly. When I went to check on the shipment progress the store/site was gone..vanished into thin air but they got my money. So what do we do..it looks like people get scammed by this company or whatever it is all the time..Isn't there anything we can do?
