I ordered the pet calming. Bed on 5/13 they charged my account 32.50 no bed yet and today they charged me again 28.74 big RIP off and there's no way to cancel future charges.

Ordered Luxury Anti-Anxiety Dog Bed, received an order confirmation on 13 May 2020, cost of the bed was $87 US. My Credit Card was charged $139.29 aus. Today 11 June my credit card has been charged $41.15. I have not ordered anything else. I have not received the bed!

Ordered 2 pet beds at $117 in early May and never got the beds. Then In June was also charged 28.74 for an order I never placed. Beware of the Facbook sites. I will be using Paypal and trusted vendors going forward. Contact your card company and dispute the charges and stay away from Best Offers USA.

I placed an order, and payed for the order, over a month ago. I received an email receipt with a order # for tracking purposes. I never received the order, so I tracked it on their website and received a message that the order did not exist. I then called them multiple times and the phone # just rings one time and then hangs up. I emailed their customer support over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a reply. I now have a new charge from them for some type of "membership" that I did not sign up for.

Ordered pet beds on4/30/2020 for 99.89 and never received them then on 5/28/2020 they charged me 28.74 for something I have no idea what it was. emailed the company and received no response and the credit card company that gave me the Email tried to call them and their number no longer worked.

I ordered a pet calming bed online from Best Offers USA advertised on Facebook on May 9,2020. I still have not received it but they withdrew the payment from my bank account immediately. I contacted them

online twice - once on 5/29/20 & again today 6/6/20. I have not gotten any response yet. I also called the no. given (865) 639-4802 several times but robotic operator comes on & my calls do not go through. Please take warning! This is NOT a legitimate company! I am so angry about this!!!

I purchased an extra large luxury dog bed on 5 May 2020. It still has not arrived and no one answers the customer requests. They charged me 96.96 but no bed. This is an ad on Facebook for luxury dog beds. Don't buy from them, I wish I had known.

I ordered 2 dog beds from this company, I got a order confirmation and that is it I ordered may 9th and received nothing thereafter I spent $68. I emailed them no response I called the # they provided and all it did was disconnect.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a dog bed that was an ad on Face Book and it said they were 25.50 so when you order you pick what size you want and you think that your going to be charged 25.50 BUT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE purchase process. Then in the end after you give your credit card and all your info the price they charged on your card is a lot more then 25.50. I was charged 67.50 I ordered this April 30th at 9:22 am and in a few days it will be 1 month. The receipt is plane and nothing on it but Best Offers USA. I wish FB would screen their ads somehow so we don't keep getting scammed.

Hello....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHI G FROM BEST OFFERS USA. I wanted to buy one pet bed for 25.50; however, they charged my accountb109.84 for four beds. I contacted phone number 6 times and each time, a single beep is all I heard, contacted email 2 times, no response and went on FB page, left 2 messages with no response. Called my bank to dispute the charge. Bad business, can't get money credited back until next week. Im so stinkin' mad. False advertising on FB site and on their ad; as u think the price listed is the final price is wrong bc they charge u over that amount. SCAMMERS!!!

I follow a FB group which is intended to help people find jobs in NYC. Due to the COVID-19 I was looking for a work from home position, since I had been laid off from my job. someone in the group asked if anyone knows of a work from home job, and a few people answered saying that they knew of one, I went to the link given to me and I applied. I received a phone call from the HR person from "Best Shop USA INC" about working form home, I was interested she explained the job in detail and said that I would be receiving an I-9 and that this would be a 1099 job and that I had to take care of taxes myself, on and on. So it was a company which shipped items and I would verify the package was correct, makes sure it wasn’t damaged and repackage the item. A shipping label would be sent to me via email I print it and ship it out. Salary was 650 wk 20 bonus for each package shipped within 24 hours of recovering shipping label. The pay was going to be biweekly. I did my research, they have a legit website, and they also have hundreds of reviews from customers and employees. So i went ahead and filled out the I-9. However, after doing so, I felt like there was something weird with this company, so I kept doing my research and the truth is that I believe I was scammed, I found other comments in hear with related scenarios, different company name. My fear is that I filled out an I-9 so they now have my personal information
