Xenophobic, fake "petition" sent to my father to sign and donate money to "protect social security benefits" from being given to non-citizens and non-English speakers, claiming to be petition to his U.S. representative (actually the representative of a different U.S. congressional district). Trying to scare a 96.5 year old man that his SS benefits were being threatened and trying to get money out of him. Mauro E. Mujica, supposed CEO of Benefit Protection Alliance, supposedly signed the accompanying letter.
