Online Retailer Scam

Hi, I went to return a defective necklace to a jewelry site ("Bellaucci", formerly known as "Flores de Fides") that had an ad on Facebook.
When I sent the return request to their email listed on Bellaucci's website, the email was bounced back as it was an invalid email address.
They emailed me from a different email address ([email protected]) for a tracking issue and when I explained this discrepancy, I was ignored and told that the necklace was simply made to be that way.
This was over a week ago, and today, their website lists the same invalid email address ([email protected])
I feel that it is absurd and simply not right that this company is directing returns for their products to a nonexistent email address.
I have attached screenshots of their webpage listing an invalid email address, as well as my communication with them.
I do believe this is a British company and I don't know if that complicates the matter.
