TOTAL LIARS AND SCAMMERS

They targeted me because they thought I was an old man who doesn't know about real estate. They then offered me a low ball offer and when I accepted, they offered the 10% deposit, then they never came up with it and when finally asked for it after quite some time, they verbally (not in writing) cancelled the deal. Manipulators and total scammers. I lost many other offers in the meantime because of these liars. Can't get that time back, unfortuately

The company is offering me cash payment of $27k-$41k for land that is worth nearly $1 million. I am wondering if they are targeting me because they think I am a vulnerable senior citizen. I wouldn’t want other seniors to be taken in.
