I have been scammed thousands of dollars by this scammer Elisa Peluso who runs Belars Beauty Bargains inc. She took thousands of dollars upfront payment for inventory and never shipped. I wish I has seen these reviews. She asked to be paid with wire transfer. She does this on purpose because she knows that wire acts as cash and it will be hard to get money back.
This scammer Elissa Peluso belongs in jail.

The following report is being made to make the public aware of Belars Beauty Bargains Inc. This business in engaged in scamming consumers. They collect payment for goods and do not ship orders or ship expired goods.
We got scammed upwards of 10k. She collected payment and sent partial goods near expiration or expired. Please be careful and stay away from fraudulent businesses such as this. The scammer behind this is Elissa Friedman who also goes by Elissa Peluso. After scamming us she stopped responding to emails.

You have been warned so you do not get scammed.
