I did a Google search for a book I was looking to purchase, "the New Menopause". beelooko.com website came up in the results and was a low price for the book, plus advertised free shipping. The product details did not say E book, or digital media, or make any reference to being an electronic book, only a description of the book. I made the purchase and received a confirmation email that said my product would be carefully packed and shipped and there would be a second email when tracking was available. I did not receive a second email, so contacted seller via email address on the email receipt. I was told in a reply that I had purchased an E book. I looked back over everything to make sure I had not missed that detail, but it is not stated anywhere. I went back and forth with the seller, saying that they had not listed the book as an e book, and i did not want an e book. I eventually complained through PayPal, as that is how I made the purchase. After several rounds of going back and forth the seller did refund the money back to me through Pay Pal. However, in our emails the seller said, we are an electronic book only company. I have looked at their website, and other books listed, and none are listed as E Books. I believe this seller is scamming people by not clearing indicating what they are selling. They claim to be an online bookstore, offering low prices, and free shipping, but do not clearly state they sell digital media only. In fact, they clearly state on their website a product return policy and a product shipping policy. So, if as the seller told me in an email they only sell E Books, why would these be on their website. I am hoping to prevent other people from being misled and feeling scammed, as I did.

Beelooko.com claims to be an online bookstore. I purchased a book, and the description on their site is clearly for that exact book, with the exact book cover, and the full description describes purchasing the book itself. However, when I purchased it, Beelooko.com sent me a digital download of a random summary of the book with a different cover and different author. (If it even has an auther and isn't an AI summary) I replied to them by email 5 times about requesting a refund as they fraudulently took my money and they refused to refund me. All in all, the site seems very automated and I suspect it is full of fake book sales. I reported Beelooko.com to my bank as fraudulent as well.

I purchased a book from this website fully expecting to receive a physical copy of the book. When I reached out to the company a month later they informed me they could physical copy of the book pdf download purchases. However, nowhere in the description of the book did it say I would be receiving a download. In their FAQ section it states that they don't sell eBooks, only "Books". Which I guess a pdf download isn't an eBook. But it also seems like they're scamming publishing companies by providing pdf downloads for new books that anyone could then print a bunch of copies of and resell.
