I bought a vacation from them in 2021 and I have the contract still and the receipt. I payed them my hard earned money for 2 trip vacation paired together. They were responsive in 2021 and even 2022 but not anymore. I’m still within the 2 1/2 years policy and no response when I call them or email. Manny was initially point of contact and GEORGE, I believe they changed their name to vacationdealsallinclusive. Lots of companies get away with scamming people and then they got out of business and open a new one with a different name! Please help me anyone!

I'm in the same situation. We used our first vacation, but now there is no valid phone number for them, and I tried them all, even the one on the website in Mexico. I just emailed them with my booking number. I'm not hopeful I will get my other two vacations. They promised us a main vacation (which I am thankful we got to go to Cabos) and two bonus ones. Please let me know if you are able to reach anyone about this? I'm thinking they need to be sued!

Beach Front All Inclusive is a scam

Beach Front All Inclusive, travel broker, based in Quintana Roo, Mexico (tel. 877 576 7318) but trading in the USA is a scam outfit par excellence. Aural promises codified in a follow-up written contract were arbitrarily changed or eliminated. Telephone and written attempts to reinstitute the offerings of the original contract were not acted upon. Be warned: do not enter into any prepaid, travel-related agreement with this company; you'll be robbed.

Company keeps calling from rotating local telephone numbers even though my number is listed on the Do Not Call list. Claims $100 for free vacations which wind up being $1,100 or so. They gloss over it, but they require you to attend a timeshare presentation. Multiple requests over many calls to place me on their do not call list result in being hung up on. Company claims to be either beachfrontallinclusive.com, godiscovermexico.com or Hilton depending on call. PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
